## **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** ##

 

* Coordinate large-scale events such as university fairs, career days and workshops, as well as management of students- participation in on & off campus opportunities, maintaining a balanced and inclusive slate of orientation events
* Arrange and ensure ground support of field trips
* Organise CV presentations and workshops and 1:1 CV coaching for students.
* Produce international transcripts (in and outbound) and handles filing and distribution of exam results
* Assist with presentations & communications preparation and delivery
* Provide support to help students find, navigate and prepare for opportunities
* Maintain data for the department including in the guidance platforms like Unifrog

## **YOUR PROFILE** ##

 

* Fluent French and English (additional languages a plus)
* Understanding of Champittet-s secondary school programmes and/or willingness to learn (IB Programme, French Baccalaureate, Swiss Maturity) and knowledge of university admission procedures, systems and requirements in Switzerland and internationally
* Ability to collaborate effectively with Champittet-s academic, pastoral and administrative teams, and to cultivate positive working relationships with university admission officers and peers in the field of guidance counselling.
* Strong interpersonal, communication and IT skills (Microsoft office suite, Canva a plus)
