## **Your Impact** ##
* Manage one or two large global accounts, with a focus on account growth and implement account strategies, coordinating account teams and driving strategic topics and pursuits.
* Collaborate directly with the Client Service Partners and account teams, providing autonomous support and strive for continuous process improvements.
* Interact directly with client stakeholders, for example during pursuits or client feedback meetings and you participate in commercial negotiations with clients.
* Coordinate with Legal and Risk functions to update framework agreements, communicating changes to both the client and the account team.
* Respond to and take responsibility for management requests, such as budgeting, reporting, strategic planning, monthly account calls, tracking business opportunities and keep main systems like Sales Force and Independence Tool updated.
* Organize client planning workshops for PwC Partners, Directors, and selected key client speakers and maintain account-specific dashboards and Master data, including Salesforce and other systems.
## **Your Skill Set** ##
* A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree.
* At least five years of work experience in the consulting industry or as an account manager.
* You have a client-focused/service-oriented personality and comfortability working with senior stakeholders, you have a desire to help grow our team and deliver value to our clients.
* A team player who is flexible, proactive, solution-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic and demanding environment.
* Proven experience leading teams and working in an intercultural setting and you have strong analytical and project management skills.
* Either fluent in both English and German or English and French.
