## **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:** ##
* Contribute to creating a positive learning environment for our students
* Under the supervision of a teacher, may work with children on an individual basis, in small groups or with a whole class to embed day-to-day learning
* Assist in monitoring the progress of students and provide feedback to support the teacher in providing a more individualised approach to learning
## **PROFILE AND COMPETENCES:** ##
* Degree in Early Childhood education
* 3-5\-years- experience working in a similar position
* A sound understanding of teaching best practices
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students and parents
* Very good intercultural understanding
* Fluent French and English
* Clean criminal records
* Swiss / EU citizenship or valid Swiss work permit
