For our partner located in the Neuchâtel region, the Gi Life Sciences team is looking for a : Specialist Scheduling & Logistics

Main mission:
You will be responsible for planning and monitoring patient treatment schedules for product manufacturing and maintain a relationship of trust with the company's sales team and clinical partners.
Tasks :
- Act as the primary and primary point of contact for centers and sites
- Create and maintain patient schedules and schedules through the scheduling software
- Delivery, transportation and manufacturing activities managementSolve problems and develop action plans when necessary
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Actively participate in meetings as required
- Draft, update and apply assigned work instructions and procedures
Profile :
- Bachelor's or Bachelor's
- Proven experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain or patient service
- Ability to manage complex situations and work independently and quickly
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible for international travel, up to 10%
- Computer skills, including SAP software
- Fluent in English and French
