Are you an experienced treaty reinsurance underwriter looking for your next challenge? Join our dynamic, global reinsurance team and play a key role in shaping a profitable portfolio in the Property & Casualty market Germany.
### Your responsibility ###
* Manage and develop a profitable treaty reinsurance portfolio for the P&C market Germany.
* Underwrite, price, and secure existing business while identifying new opportunities.
* Build and strengthen relationships with clients and brokers, ensuring excellent service and value-added solutions.
* Develop marketing and sales strategies, gather market intelligence, and assess new business prospects.
* Analyze existing business profitability and ensure underwriting decisions align with company guidelines, best practices, and authority levels.
### Your qualification ###
* Higher education (Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent).
* Proven experience in treaty reinsurance underwriting preferably within the P&C market Germany.
* Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset for risk assessment and pricing.
* Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global team.
* Fluent in German and English.
