### Minimum qualifications: ###
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
* 7 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning or natural language processing.
* 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.
### Preferred qualifications: ###
* Master-s degree or PhD in computer science or other technical related field.
* Experience developing Generative AI based solutions and applying model specialization techniques (SFT, RLHF).
* Technical leadership experience.
* Knowledge of machine learning and its applications.
* Familiarity with development process focused on quality evaluation and improvements of model outputs.

### Responsibilities ###
* Assess technological fit of Generative AI innovations to market needs of Cloud customers across a wide range of industries.
* Prototype and iterate on the solution working closely with customers, product management, and business development.
* Design new systems and algorithms utilizing existing pre-trained models and training new models by defining training/evaluation sets and objectives.
* Build alignment among multiple teams to build a complex solution.
* Own quality evaluation of model outputs and plan and execute strategy of model quality improvements.
