**Senior Network Operations Engineer**
## Job description ##
As a Senior Network Operations Engineer, you support and maintain our network infrastructure, you manage implementation of network concepts, and requests coming from the business.

## Profile ##
In this role, you are responsible to:
* Monitoring and operating servers and network infrastructure in our Data Centers
* Providing 2nd & 3rd level network support to companies and divisions in and outside of Switzerland
* Implementing new LAN and WAN infrastructure in collaboration with the engineering department
* Incident Management
* Monitoring of the LAN and WAN infrastructure
* Consult IT Managers about our network services
## Professional requirements ##
* 6-8 years of experience in IT Support
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
* Cisco CCNA Certification, any other certification is asset
* Fortinet Fortigate Certification
* Autonomous and team player
* Stress resilient
* Diagnostic and problem solving capacities
* Comfortable with operational routine work

## Languages ##
Now, in order to blend in, socially and professionally, we certainly recommend the following languages:
* Fluent in French, German or English
