**Senior Accountant | Join Forward-Thinking Finance Team**
Based in our client-s dynamic Fribourg office, you-ll be part of a high-performing finance team, playing a key role in managing the financial health of organization. Your expertise will ensure that the internal accounting processes align with industry standards while fostering clear communication with internal partners. You-ll contribute to ongoing transformation initiatives that focus on process improvement and digital innovation.
**YOUR IMPACT**
As a key member of the finance department, you will:
* Manage and reconcile balance sheets and prepare financial statements
* Monitor accounting entries and ensure accuracy in general ledger activities
* Lead analytical reviews and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
* Take part in ongoing transformation projects to streamline accounting processes
* Serve as the expert on accounting standards and compliance, particularly IFRS
* Collaborate closely with internal clients, ensuring smooth communication on financial matters
* Provide support and mentorship to other accounting staff on complex issues
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
* Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
* Proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with SAP
* In-depth knowledge of IFRS
* Fluency in English and French; knowledge of German is a plus
