A person with analytical and strong organisation skills, results oriented, synthetic in reporting and with a critical thinking. The candidate must be a team player with a leadership orientation able to manage conflicts and to lead complex discussions involving multiple stakeholders (inter-departments, customers).

##### Your mission #####
* As part of the Motion Systems R&D team, plan and manage the development activities, achieving the deliverables within the specified time and budget and according to the company-s processes.
* Define the project scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
* Estimate risks (matrix, FMEA) and drive mitigation plans.
* Represent the ETEL R&D in front of the customers.
* Monitor and report on project progresses (Quality, Cost, Time):
* Plan and organize project reviews.
* Report the development status to steering committee, as well as problems and solutions.
* Manage project stakeholders.
* Define and organize gate reviews
* Propose and manage changes if necessary.
* Evaluate and assess result of project:
* Spread of success and lessons learn within the company.
* Propose and initiate continuous improvement activities.
##### Your profile #####
* Master degree in engineering.
* Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent is an asset.
* Proven experience in engineering environment.
* At least 3 years- experience in project management.
* Expert in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
* Ideally having worked for complex and international organizations.
* Fluent written / spoken English (French is a plus).
