This role is part of the global Total Rewards team responsible for supporting the delivery of projects within that area, e.g. larger process / methodology revamp projects, M&A and divestments. A fixed term role for 12 months. Key responsibilities: Projects are defined and prioritized by the function ongoing project portfolio, so key responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): M&A: supporting due diligence process in M&A projects Job Catalogue Project: support the design of the catalogue for one or more functions, researching best practices on job architecture, proposing drafts, aligning these drafts with relevant stakeholders from HR, TR Partners and the business and bringing it back to implementation with the core project team Job Evaluation: supporting the design of a new job evaluation process including researching an proposing relevant tool, leveraging AI, and project manage the deployment of such tool Restructuring projects: support such projects through risk and cost analysis, support with the design of materials to relevant stakeholders such as works councils, business leaders, employees etc. Performance Management Program: support the design and deployment of a performance management process which is aligned with company culture and vision, this includes conceptual design of potential solutions backed up with data & analysis, creating draft presentations to relevant stakeholders, participating in deployment activities such as training sessions and presentations In addition to that, support team members on creating high quality concepts and presentations on any given topic for senior leadership and other decision makers. Key requirements: Vocational training in the field of Business is required. Bachelor Degree in the field of Business, Industrial Psychology or similar Must be fluent in English; German is preferred. Advanced level of experience in Corporate environment is required. Advanced no. of years of experience in Human Resources (ideally: Total Rewards). Experienced user of other MS Office applications Ability to create compelling stakeholder-adapted visual materials (e.g. presentations, training videos etc.) Analytical skills: diagnostics, problem solving, ability to use data to present a story An ability to think through processes end-to-end, ability to stay organized in the midst of multiple, differing projects A quality mindset Ability to work within a global team Every day, Lonza-s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
