For one of our customers based near Bern, we are recruiting a:
### Principal Software Engineering Architect ###
You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives, product vision, and software implementation. This role involves leading the architectural design of cloud applications, ensuring robust application deployments.
**ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION**
* Architectural Leadership: Guide and oversee the architectural framework for cloud-based applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and product specifications.
* Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of 3 architects, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, and software teams to ensure cohesive and efficient software delivery.
* Technical Expertise: Leverage your expertise in C\#, C, and C++ to provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
* Collaborate with SCRUM teams to facilitate agile development processes.
**REQUIRED PROFILE**
* Strong background in C\#, C, and C++, as well as cloud application development.
* Leadership Potential: While previous team management experience is advantageous, a demonstrated willingness and capability to manage and inspire a team is crucial.
* Agile Methodology: Solid understanding of SCRUM and agile practices, with experience working in or alongside SCRUM teams.
* Ability to remain in an architectural role or transition into other positions such as a SCRUM team member, depending on organizational needs and personal career goals.
