## Job Description ##
**Corporate & Commercial:**
* Provide legal advice on all aspects of distribution and competition law at both Swiss and international levels to ensure sustainable and profitable growth while mitigating legal risks.
* Draft and analyze contractual documents, primarily related to distribution, e-commerce, after-sales service, collaboration with sponsors, various services (e.g., events, mandates, business) and the supply of materials and services.
* Manage litigation procedures related to debt recovery.
* Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to operational staff on matters affecting the company's business areas.
* Manage procedures and disputes in tenancy law, including thorough analysis of lease contracts.
**Compliance:**
* Draft contract templates, internal policies, and regulations.
* Manage and coordinate various internal procedures across different business areas (e.g., stolen goods, money laundering).
* Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements: identify applicable laws, assess risks, define strategies, coordinate, and assist with the implementation of new procedures locally and in affiliated companies.
* Ensure compliance of transactions and trade with regulatory requirements: develop and monitor a global AML strategy, manage AML and KYC documentation, and oversee operations.
* Expertise in data protection law is an asset.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Swiss Bar admission
* From 2 to 6 years PQE in a private practice and / or inhouse under swiss law.
* Experience in compliance, a plus.
* Proficient in French and English; German is a plus
* Excellent writing skills
* Pragmatic and results-oriented
* Team player, reliable and loyal
