## Description du poste ##
**Wealth Manager Assistant Tasks:**
* Assist in the management of daily operations, including transaction processing, verification of operations, and deadline tracking.
* Prepare account openings.
* Ensure follow-up on client requests and proactively resolve administrative or operational issues.
* Ensure follow-up on requests from partner banks and proactively resolve administrative or operational issues.
* Manage communications with clients, including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
* Perform administrative tasks such as agenda management, appointment scheduling, and travel coordination.
**Compliance Tasks:**
* Monitor and maintain "AML client files" in accordance with regulatory requirements.
* Monitor and maintain the "client risk register" in accordance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
* Monitor and maintain the "client file deficiencies register" (expired passport/visa, missing document, etc.).
* Prepare and gather useful information/statistics for prudential audit.
* Implement risk management and compliance policies and procedures (ExCo minutes / AGO minutes / BoardCo minutes) at intervals required by internal directives/regulations.
* Monitor regulatory developments and recommend appropriate actions to ensure compliance (internal directives / modus operandi, etc.).
* Ensure that qualified directors have completed the mandatory annual training.
* Liaise with the external Risk & Compliance company.

* Studies in Law, Finance, or any similar background
* A year of experience would be appreciated
* Fluent in french, english and russian
