In this pivotal role, you will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for key stakeholders at our two sites: the Biotech Development Center (BDC) and the Biotech Manufacturing Center (BMC).As the Senior IT Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with our Digital functions, acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership teams of both BDC and BMC on all IT matters. You will ensure the coherence of IT architecture across implemented systems, working in tandem with local digital teams and global Digital, Data & IT stakeholders.You will lead IT demand management, ensuring that all quality requirements established by key business partners and regulatory standards are met. Additionally, you will be accountable, alongside relevant stakeholders, for the overall Digital, Data, IT, and Operational Technology (OT) site master plan, supporting the advancement of sites- digital maturity. Who you areYou have an Academic degree in Computer Science or proven track records of deployment of IT systems in Lab/Manufacturing environmentsYou are an experienced project manager (10+ years) with a proven track record of leading, driving and successfully closing IT projects in global matrix organization, You have experience in establishing strong partnerships between IT and business functions.You have solid foundation in project management methodology (preferably PMP certification)You are familiar with the Biotech Drug Development Process and/or Biotech Manufacturing, an advantageYou have strong capabilities to develop concepts and drive their implementation in a pragmatic mannerYou have the ability to work with minimal supervisionYou have a proven track record in Pharmaceutical GxP project implementation and validationYou have excellent presentation and communication skillsYou have working knowledge of Laboratory, Manufacturing IT, IT infrastructure and IT site operations (ELN, LIMS, SDMS, MES etc-)You are experienced in working in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams as well as proven ability to lead international teamsYou have an excellent command of written and spoken English, business fluent in French would be an advantage
