Your role
Are you an expert in building client relationships? Do you want to bring your wealth expertise and join us in delivering an exceptional client experience?
Do you have passion and an understanding of the Eastern Europe markets and culture?
We-re looking for an Investment Advisor for HNW/UHNW clients in our region to:
- develop a mutual understanding with the client and establish trustworthy client partnerships with main focus on operational excellence and regular tactical advice and investment opportunities
- ensure smooth execution of day-to-day client queries and orders
- define advisory processes and agreements that best meet our clients- needs, in cooperation with the Relationship Manager
- proactively manage client book and make sure clients are invested according to their risk profile, objectives and our CIO views
- carry out important risk management tasks to meet legal and regulatory requirements as well perform regular portfolio reviews and portfolio health checks

You-ll be working in the WM Eastern Europe team in Geneva. We are looking for a colleague who can fit into an existing dynamic and successful team.
You will have the chance to exchange ideas and information among team members and work closely with a dedicated Relationship Manager.

Your expertise
We are looking for somebody great to work with, so you ideally have:
- working language is English, French and Russian (must) - 80% portfolio is Russian speaking preference
- proven experience in asset gathering and investments, ideally 5 years working in a client-facing role as Investment Advisor or in an Investment Management/Sales role
- a talent for analyzing and solving problems
- investment and UBS product knowledge is an advantage
- a flexible, curious, open-minded and collaborative personality (you-re a people person)
- an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills who is truly service oriented
- ability to build strong client networks, with an entrepreneurial mind-set
- aptitude for digitization and technology
- a mindset for flawless execution procedures and documentation
- capable to work autonomously, under pressure and set your priorities
