## Job Description ##

**Payroll Management:**
* Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal policies.
* Manage salary changes, bonuses, and deductions.
* Handle payroll queries and provide support to employees regarding payroll matters.
* Collaborate with the finance department for payroll reporting and reconciliations.

**Employee Lifecycle Management:**
* Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
* Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth integration into the company.
* Manage employment contracts, amendments, and terminations.
* Update and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

**HR Administration:**
* Administer employee benefits and manage enrolments, changes, and inquiries.
* Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws, including work permits, health and safety regulations, and employment standards.
* Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
## The Successful Applicant ##

**Education:**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* HR certification is a plus.
*
**Experience:**
* Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role with a focus on payroll and HR administration.
* Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle.
* Experience in a multinational or dynamic environment is preferred.
*
**Skills:**
* Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices.
* Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
