Are you passionate about developing leaders and shaping the culture of an organization? Do you have experience in designing and delivering impactful leadership development solutions across different levels and locations? If yes, then you might be the perfect fit for our Group Leadership Development Senior Consultant role.

 

In this position, you will work closely with the Group Head of Leadership Development to plan, execute, and manage global enterprise leadership development programs for the organization. Early success in this role will be focused on the build out of new global programs, ensuring they are effectively designed, implemented, and evaluated to build leadership capabilities at the enterprise level. 
Finally, collaborating closely with the Group Head of Leadership Development, HR leaders, business units, and external partners will help you deliver high-impact leadership development initiatives.


**What you will do**

 

* Lead the design, development, and implementation of leadership development programs that align with the company-s strategic goals.
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify leadership development needs and gaps, and propose innovative and effective solutions.
* Utilize psychometric assessments and other instruments to identify, validate and select participants for leadership development programs in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, HR business partners, and external partners to promote a culture of learning and development across the group.
* Develop and implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of the initiatives, and to ensure the continuous improvement and enhancement of the leadership development framework, processes, and tools.

 

**What you bring**

 

* A Bachelor-s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in leadership development, talent management, or learning and development, preferably in a global context.
* Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality and impactful leadership development programs for senior leaders. 
* Strong knowledge and understanding of leadership development theories, models, and best practices.
* Excellent project management, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
