The Project Management  Sub Chapter (EU2) based Rotkreuz has an exciting opportunity for 2 Global Project Managers to join their team. This team supports projects across the diagnostics portfolio. 

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

* **Project Implementation:**Sets up and leads structures for product development and care, including communication, timelines, resources, budgets, progress, and cost control. Creates and maintains integrated project plans, ensuring efficient team operations. Accountable for quality in risk management, critical path analysis, scenario creation, budgeting, and robust planning**.**
* **Project management execution: C**onsistently implements project management processes including guiding and managing preparation for milestone reviews, capacity reviews (cQCR, SCR & fQCR), etc., as applicable & may lead improvement initiatives. Selects and applies suitable methodologies, coaching teams in agile practices and effectively handling hybrid Agile roles
* **Goal Setting and Advisory:**  Establishes, measures, and reports Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), standard metrics, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) or Outcome Based Planning (OBPs) to improve project quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. Acts as a trusted advisor, supporting holistic planning, risk management, scenario creation, and critical path analysis, serving as the single point of contact for project data. 
* **Risk Management and Information Support:**Identifies project risks and potential impacts on budget, timeline, and scope. Proactively addresses gaps, bottlenecks, and delays, proposing solutions and communicating issues to stakeholders. Manages team information to support decision making at various levels and provides planning data for scenario analysis, also capable of acting as an Agile Program Manager as per SAFe guidelines when necessary.
* **Collaboration and Coaching:** Works closely with various leads and partners to ensure optimized project delivery. Coaches team members and peers, developing new skills and providing constructive feedback. Identifies and communicates areas for improvement and potential solutions within the team.

**WHO YOU ARE**

* You bring a minimum of 5 years experience in cross functional project management within regulated environment, preferably life cycle management, development of medicinal or diagnostic products  
* You are experienced in Agile, SAfe and Scrum methodologies
* Experience with IT project management tools is a must
* Languages: Fluent English, German is a plus  
* Competencies: Curious, structured approach, strong communication and influencing skills, analytical and critical thinking, continuous improvement mindset
