## Job Description ##
* You have the responsibility for the assigned product lifecycles, from market introduction to its withdrawal (Waste-to-X and Digital Products)
* You lead a team of Product & Marketing Managers/Directors
* You work closely with our Marketing & Communication department regarding strategy and material definition
* You identify together with the internal Stakeholders and Market Trends new Ideas and Products for development
* You map and benchmark the current allocated portfolio, propose new product developments and contribute to closing the gap of offering and demand
* You strive the products' position on the market by increasing / maintaining their market share
* You ensure that Product developments are in line with the HZI strategic focus
* You develop and drive the strategic position of the allocated products of HZI
* You travel approx. 20% of the time globally
## Qualifications ##
* You have an Masters' degree in Engineering degree, ideally accomplished with a Master's in Business Administration
* You have 10+ years' experience as Project Manager or Project Director, Product Marketing professional in the construction, energy, and/or EPC industry
* You have strong technical understanding for customer needs and added customer need
* You have proven strategic experience in matrix organizations combined with strong analytical skills
* You have a solution-oriented, resilient, determined mindset
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong intercultural competences
* You are fluent in English; German, French or Italian are a plus
