As the Director of Growth & Leadership, you will spearhead teams tasked with crafting and rolling out initiatives, experiences, and programs designed to unlock our team members' potential and cultivate leaders who embody our culture of trust and innovation.

Your Mission:
Guide the strategy, design, and delivery of programs that enhance individual growth and leadership development at On
Hire, coach, and retain a team that champions the mission and vision of your department
Develop and implement a clear framework that enhances role clarity and skill visibility across On
Create meaningful career development paths that align with On’s culture and offer real growth opportunities
Ensure that our leadership experiences enhance the necessary skills and competencies for our culture to thrive
Develop strategies for identifying and nurturing talent on a global scale, including remote teams, to ensure inclusive growth opportunities that align with global market dynamics
Launch programs that encourage and facilitate internal career moves within the On team
Lead the creation of Future Talent Programs and support the development of other key talent initiatives that will drive On’s growth
Take charge of developing our senior leadership team with tailored programs that reflect the company’s stage and their personal growth needs
Work closely with other Talent functions to align initiatives with On’s strategic goals
Establish clear metrics for assessing the effectiveness of growth and leadership programs. Use data-driven insights to refine approaches and demonstrate the impact of these initiatives on organizational success
As part of our Build The Better You philosophy, integrate a holistic view into the growth strategies to support overall employee well-being, which is crucial for sustaining long-term productivity and engagement
Oversee our Global Learning and Development budget to optimize resource allocation

Your Story:
8+ years of experience in Talent Development, Talent Management and or Learning and Development functions within Talent/HR Functions; in large organizations (+3’000 team members / >4Bn$ Revenue)
Demonstrate a proven track record in strategic planning and execution within talent development; This includes setting long-term goals and aligning them with business objectives
Experience in designing and implementing innovative talent development programs that have successfully enhanced skills, leadership qualities, and team members engagement
Familiarity with modern talent management systems, e-learning platforms, and digital tools that facilitate remote learning and data-driven decision-making
Understanding of and experience with cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace; Experience working in multicultural environments or international companies would be beneficial
Experience in leading change management initiatives, demonstrating the ability to manage resistance and effectively communicate changes to support business transformation
Experience in competitors and companies in similar industry is a plus
Experience leading large teams with multidisciplinary expertise
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy thinking outside the box
You have great communication skills across various stakeholders and levels - Leaders, Talent Business Partners, and external parties
You have strong analytical skills - you are able to tell a story with data
You thrive when navigating ambiguous projects; You know how to simplify complex topics and can focus on what matters
You are skilled at thinking about how decisions will impact various stakeholders
