### **Das können Sie bewegen** ###
* Consult and support researchers in planning and executing data science projects
* Design and implement calculations, explorative analyses, reports and visualisations in reproducible workflows
* Extract clinical routine data from hospital data warehouses and integrate with data from different sources
* Prepare complex clinical data, including data quality assessments
* Setup and maintain data pipelines, especially for cohort and registry studies
* Develop and maintain R packages and applications for data exploration, reporting and monitoring of data quality and study-critical key figures
* Build and sustain strong partnerships with internal teams, research groups and external stakeholders
### **Das bringen Sie mit** ###
* Proficiency in R. Knowledge of SQL, Bash, or Python is a plus. Familiarity with the -tidyverse- and experience with R Shiny or -plotly- are advantageous
* Strong experience in data wrangling and cleaning. Familiarity with clinical routine data and observational studies (e.g. cohort and registry studies, EHR) is a plus
* Critical thinking and a scientific mindset. Knowledge and experience in explorative data analysis is an advantage
* Experience with reporting tools like LaTeX or Markdown for producing dynamic and reproducible reports, including the use of version control systems (e.g. Git, SVN)
* Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills, able to engage with interdisciplinary teams and non-IT professionals. Experience in providing training and support to team members and clients is advantageous
* Experience in R package development, including unit testing, is advantageous
