Your tasks: As a Data & AI Business Development Manager within the Growth team you-ll be faced with the following challenges within a high-growth, fast moving company: Actively execute on Unit8-s GTM to the Swiss customers to win new customers and projects (quota carrying) Consult our existing and new clients on their challenges and needs related to Data & AI End to end responsibility for customer acquisition from lead generation to deal signature (you will be assigned yearly sales quota) Contribute to broader business development by preparing and participating in industry conferences, communities, workshops and events Help our customers leverage Data & AI (including GenAI) technology advancements by identifying the customers needs and translating them into value add solutions Your profile: Strong track record of business development in IT consulting /services with at least 5-8 years of working experience in the domain Proven business development experience in enterprise consultative selling (3-5 years) Strong business development and consulting skills with experience in advising clients on data-based topics such as data, analytics, machine learning and cloud Self driven, can do attitude, fast learner, ready to face challenges as they arise Highly organised and independent The ideal candidate is fluent in English (mandatory) and German (mandatory). French is nice to have Great communicator, dynamic and motivated to represent Unit8 externally Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time (mostly Switzerland and DACH region)
