We-re looking for a client account manager to:
- manage daily business in client servicing and provide high quality service
- be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
- be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients
- perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
- research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
- support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience

Your team
You will be working in the Eastern Europe team in Geneva. You'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for our clients. You-ll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
Your expertise
financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
- excellent skills in Russian & English (oral and written), further languages are an asset
- Bachelor-s degree or equivalent financial qualifications
- solid comprehension of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit products
- effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
- able to utilize tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible
- interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clients
- sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
- confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
