For our client, we are looking for a Catalog Manager.
Responsibilities:


  • Identify, evaluate, and select new products to add to our catalogue, considering market trends, customer demand.
  • Develop and maintain product scorecards that assess items based on various performance metrics, including sales, customer reviews, return rates, and compliance with our quality standards.
  • Regularly review and update the online catalogue to ensure product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for search and conversion. this includes managing product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align catalogue strategies with broader company objectives and campaigns. Provide product insights and support to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for catalogue expansion and enhancement.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, buying, or catalogue management within an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for product trends and customer preferences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
