Pictet Wealth Management combines more than 200 years of Swiss banking heritage with global investment expertise. The Partner-owned financial services group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families, including discretionary and advisory investment solutions, and family office services.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced **Investment Specialist **for the Pictet Investment Office (PIO), an investment team within Pictet Wealth Management based in Geneva. PIO manages multi-asset discretionary portfolios, including alternative investments for key relationships of the bank.
The PIO Investment Specialist will oversee multi-asset investment portfolios, conduct client meetings and perform investment performance reviews as well as asset allocation and reporting analysis. They will also support new business development with presentations and proposals and coordinate the onboarding of clients with other departments of the bank.
## Your role ##
* Assist and support the PIO Investment Manager in their daily tasks, including overseeing the discretionary multi-asset investment portfolios.
* Prepare and present client investment management reports, analysis and strategy updates.
* Prepare material and present the PIO investment offering alongside senior members of the team to Pictet Wealth Management bankers, prospects and clients.
* Act as a liaison between the PIO investment team and relationship managers, as well as front office investment specialists.
## Your profile ##
* Academic background with an MA in a relevant field, CAIA/ CFA a plus.
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and investments, in either investment management, investment banking, wealth management or investor relations.
* Fluent in French and English, other local languages a plus.
* Strong client-focus and excellent presentation skills, experience with large wealth clients, family offices or institutional clients a plus.
* Good knowledge and understanding of asset classes, asset allocation, portfolio construction and multi-asset portfolios, including alternative investments. Good understanding of public and private equity markets.
* Ability to explain portfolio activity and performance to clients, and ability to explain current market events and macroeconomic developments.
* Ability to work independently and good organisational skills, and ability to deliver end-to-end solutions, investment proposals and reviews in a timely manner.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work on key priorities independently
* Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate
