We are looking for a motivated **Business Developer Manager** to get with an Asset Management Firm and cover a strategic sales role (Digital Asset Management)
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing Director and the broader Business Development team to boost company inflows and uncover new investment opportunities. Your main duty will be to identify, engage, and qualify prospective investors. Additionally, you will maintain existing institutional investor relationships, address client inquiries, and assist with marketing outreach efforts.
**Responsibility**
* Work independently or support senior sales in business development and client relationship management with institutional clients, corporate clients, pension funds, sovereign funds, fund of funds, etc.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and expand the distribution network.
* Conduct market research and provide support for the development of distribution channels.
* Prepare regular fund reports and newsletters for distributors, including retail banks, IFAs, insurance agencies, etc.
* Organize marketing campaigns with clients.
* Handle KYC onboarding, due diligence, and other compliance-related tasks, RFPs, and structuring of fund-related activities.
* Perform other ad hoc duties to meet assigned sales targets.
**Skills required**
* Bachelor-s degree in economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields; an international educational background is a plus.
* **Knowledge of the Swiss Financial Institutions market**.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in a fund house; candidates with less experience will be considered for the assistant manager role.
* Preferably good knowledge of Digital and Alternative investments, AMC, Crypto.
* Familiarity with IFMA and other relevant regulations related to AML/CTF.
* Presentable, results-driven, with strong initiative and determination to succeed.
* Positive and proactive attitude, team player, ability to work in a complex and rapidly evolving environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
* Excellent written and spoken English and Italian, French and German are plus
