**INTRODUCTION**
For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are offering a position as
**Legal Assistant:**
3-month fixed-term contract
100% full-time workload
**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**
* Overseeing the signing process for all investments within the Private Assets Team, including follow-ups with counterparties.
* Managing the digital filing and updating of registers.
* Completing subscription documents for investments using precedent cases and the team's knowledge database, under the supervision of senior legal advisors.
* Handling -Most Favored Nations- (MFN) processes, including reviewing documents, internal discussions with senior legal advisors and investment managers, and filling in relevant parts.
* Managing consent matters by coordinating with the responsible investment manager and updating internal review documentation.
* Managing NDAs and similar documents.
* Preparing partial prospectuses upon request and following up with counterparties.
* Supporting the registration of new funds and sub-funds with the CSSF and assisting with SFDR-related reports.
* Helping prepare reports and board meeting materials, under the supervision of senior legal advisors.
**PROFIL ATTENDU**
* Updating the team's knowledge database on specific topics.
* Possibly assisting in reviewing prospectuses and limited partnership agreements for fund-of-funds investments.
* The working environment requires being proactive, committed, and precise.
* English is the main language of communication.
