## About Our Client ##

For our client, an international bank we are looking for an Administrative Supporter in Purchasing and / or Procurement (100%) located in Basel. They are currently seeking an additional Administrative Officer to join the team as soon as possible. This position is available immediately and is initially limited to a 6-month contract.

## Job Description ##

Your Tasks & Responsibilities will be:\* Collect purchase order requirements and perform quality control to submit into procurement system
\* Organises and coordinates meetings and events, both internal and external
\* Updates relevant contact details in the Contact Management System
\* Assist with other administrative tasks
\* Collect purchase order requirements and perform quality control to submit into procurement system
\* Prepare requisition requests for approval and submission
\* Maintains information on the intranet and in other systems, including the organisation chart
\* Handling day to day operational tasks and queries from suppliers regarding purchase orders and
invoicing

## The Successful Applicant ##

Must haves:

\* At least 1 years of experience in purchasing or procurement administrative/support role
\* Proficiency in Oracle & Microsoft Excel
\* Experience in identifying and resolve basic procurement-related issues.
\* Strong customer service skills and hands-on experience with analysing data and generating basic reports using Excel.
\* Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus.
