### Your main tasks ###

* Holistic overview and strategic planning (maintenance) of all activities/accounts
* Coordinating customer communication and acquisition activities with management and product areas
* Coordination and monitoring of the communication between YPS and the pharma partners, relationship management
* Analysis of relevant accounts and their markets (e.g. pens, injectors, geographical)
* Identification, evaluation and acquisition of projects with potential new and existing clients
* Offering preparation and price negotiation, contract negotiation and contract management
* Supporting the product areas with issues relating to customer relations
* Promotion of new products / platforms to existing customers
* Participation and active networking at relevant meetings/conventions/trade fairs

### Your profile ###

* University degree in science, technology or business administration or equivalent training or professional experience
* Business management training for scientists/technicians (e.g. MBA)
* At least 5 years of experience in a comparable function (product/customer responsibility, project coordination); industry experience
* Fluent in written and spoken English, analytical skills, can-do attitude
