#### ServiceNow Business Analyst ####


**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**


* Gather and analyse business requirements
* Write technical and functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
* Collaborate with internal departments and various stakeholders to manage and facilitate workshops.
* Manage the implementation of process, data and communications flows in the systems and between different platforms and apps
* Ensure a detailed and regular status and progress reports of the solution deployment
* Organise and carry out UAT tests and follow-up with key users
* Accompany change and train users of the solution and its features


**PROFIL ATTENDU**


* Higher education degree in business administration, project management or IT
* Important experience in business analyse, writing specification and user stories, UATs
* Experience on CRM deployment projects, coordinating numerous stakeholders
* Good technical understanding with experience on the ServiceNow platform
* Good knowledge in project management
* Proactive with excellent communication skills
* Very good command of English
