Our customer is a global leader in color science and technology. They are the preeminent provider of color systems and develop, produce, distribute and support innovative color management solutions based on measurement systems, software, color standards and services. Their customers are mainly paper mills, plastics processors, textile mills (carpet, denim), coil coaters, glass coaters and automotive manufacturers and their suppliers.

To strengthen the Sales Administration Team in Regensdorf near Zurich we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Sales Administration EMEA (f/m/d), 100%. This involves direct employment, permanent placement
Main Objectives / Responsibilities / Job Description:

Order entry, maintenance and monitoring.
Written and verbal contact with customers and X-Rite staff in E and D.
Handle customer and partner inquiries regarding orders
Sharing confidential information with customers and partners
Process optimization to increase efficiency and quality
Ensuring compliance with SOX and revenue recognition requirements
Processing of return requests
Covering customer service hotline E and D
Work closely with other X-Rite departments to ensure satisfactory order fulfillment and delivery, and maintain a high level of service to the customer
Collaborate with our team in the Sales Admin QDIP area.
Reporting: daily management (+QDIP) metrics (bi-weekly) and Bowler chart updates.

Support and work on ERP projects
Support and substitute for teammates during vacation or sick time




General Requirements:

Degree in business administration or higher
At least two years of experience in sales or service administration
Very good knowledge of the German and English language. Other language skills would be an advantage.
Knowledge of MS Office. Oracle and AS400 would be an advantage
Reliable, customer-oriented, dedicated and motivated personality
Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication and organizational skills for frequent internal and external customer contact
Good computer skills, use of PC, data entry and MS Office.
