Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Personal Assistant to support our CEO in a dynamic IT company. This role is crucial for managing both professional and personal responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations, and allowing the CEO to focus on strategic commitments. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and contacts.
Coordinate complex meetings across different time zones.
Coordinate and facilitate activities, meetings, and events.
Prepare notes, meeting minutes, and ensure follow-ups.
Assist the CEO in creating impactful presentations.

Coordination and Logistics:
Oversee all aspects of the CEO's travel, including flight and hotel bookings and visa coordination.
Optimize travel arrangements, ensuring cost-effective and time-efficient journeys.
Accompany the CEO on business trips, ensuring flawless logistics and driving when necessary.

Executive Assistance:
Serve as the main point of coordination and support for the CEO.
Handle personal and professional tasks and responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
Make informed decisions on behalf of the CEO during his unavailability, executing broad directives precisely.
Represent the CEO in diverse scenarios, implementing his vision and directives to achieve real results.
Proactively anticipate the CEO's needs.
Participate in problem-solving, from strategic issues to daily challenges.
Seamlessly transition between varied tasks, ensuring excellence in execution.

Availability and Commitment:
Respond to important written messages outside of business hours, including weekends.
Be physically capable of handling demanding tasks, including travel and carrying materials.

Requirements:
Location and Language:
Residence in Switzerland.
Fluency in English and French; proficiency in German.

Excellent driving skills for long trips.
Proven flexibility and adaptability in dynamic roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
