Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.
### Your main tasks ###
* Oversee and optimize warehouse and distribution processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance
* Manage and develop the Open Chain for sustainable growth
* Govern the end-to-end supply chain of Open Chain
* Lead the cross-functional S&OP process
* Control and improve warehouses and inventory levels in collaboration with Procurement (PUR) and Supply Chain Management (SCM)
* Develop and monitor cost and investment budgets
* Supervise and coordinate external warehouse locations (3PL) on an international level
* Implement continuous improvement processes (CIP) and ensure compliance with quality requirements
### Your profile ###
* Completed training as a logistician with further qualification as a logistics manager (at least HFP) or equivalent
* Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in a comparable industry
* Strong expertise in goods flow, warehousing, and international order processing
* Proficiency in SAP SD/MM/WM and MS applications
* Knowledge of GMP/GDP regulations and experience in service management
* Business-fluent in English and German
* Hands-on mentality, strong decision-making ability, and commercial acumen
* Experience with managing complex supply chain processes and with managing stakeholders from different functions and seniority level
