## **Your Impact** ##
* Plan, design, and deliver engaging and effective communication and training campaigns for Microsoft 365 services.
* Work closely with the business stakeholders and the IT teams to understand the needs and expectations of the users and to align the adoption strategy and activities.
* Measure and report on the adoption progress and success using relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms.
* Identify and promote best practices and use cases for Microsoft 365 services and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation among the users.
* Work together with a team of experts in an open and caring environment where we value feedback culture.
* Work on multiple tasks and have the possibility to take on responsibility from day one. --
## **Your Skill Set** ##
* Higher education degree in communication, education, or related fields (University, HES/ETS) or comparable practical experience.
* Profound knowledge and multiple years of experience as a communication and training specialist in complex enterprise environments.
* Good expertise with Microsoft 365 services and tools, especially Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook
* Committed, independent, reliable, and solution-oriented team player, with a -can do- attitude, welcoming new challenges, and strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Fluency (written and spoken) in English. French and German are a plus.
