For one of our clients in in Lausanne, we are recruiting a Core IP Engineer who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Are you looking for you next challenging position? This opportunity is for you!
**Responsabilities**:
As a Core IP Engineer you develop and implement strategic plans (expansion and optimization). You conduct capacity planning to ensure scalability and performance (network infrastructure). You align network plans with business objectives. Moreover, you design network architecture and evaluate emerging technologies. Besides, you configure and deploy Core IP network, you perform network upgrades and optimizations to support evolving business needs and enhance network security. In addition, you integrate security solutions. You are also in charge of network operations and security management.
**Profile:**
* Bachelor in IT
* Minimum 5 years' experience on IP networks
* Experience in network planning, design and operations
* Certifications CCNP Security, CISSP, SISM
* Excellent knowledge of IP networking principles, protocols (BGP, OSP, MPLS and services
* Excellent knowledge in network security technologies
* Good knowledge in Python
* French and English. German, a plus
