Job description:
- Onboarding and nurturing a predefined list of existing accounts to ensure renewals are achieved and service utilisation is enhanced
- Driving the end-to-end implementation of new clients and services, on-going utilisation strategies and client engagement projects for the dedicated client portfolio
- Generating proposals, pricing, and contracts
- Processing clients enquiries
- Maintaining data accuracy in the CRM-tool
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure new customer onboarding, account reviews, smooth and efficient client renewal processes and reporting
- Contributing to the development of cross-border sales through proactive collaboration with other regions
Required profile:
- Experience of selling in a global b2b sales environment
- A passion for research and finding solutions
- An excellent communicator, customer advocate, natural networker and team player
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous clients simultaneously
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English, proficiency in German
