Key Responsibilities:


* Trust Administration: Manage day-to-day administration of trusts, including handling trust structures, ensuring compliance with trust deeds, and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
* Drafting Resolutions: Prepare, draft, and execute trust-related resolutions and legal documents in both French and English.
* Client Communication: Serve as the point of contact for beneficiaries, trustees, and other professional advisors, maintaining clear and professional communication.
* Reporting and Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of reports, financial statements, and trust documents, while maintaining an organized record-keeping system.

Qualifications:


* Proven experience in trust administration, with a deep understanding of trust structures and legal documentation.
* Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
* Strong ability to draft and execute resolutions related to trust activities.
* Familiarity with legal and financial requirements pertaining to trust management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
