## About Our Client ##

## Job Description ##
**REPORTING:**
* Provide market insights on request.
* Supply documentation to auditors, insurance, and accounting departments.
**PROJECT MANAGEMENT:**
* Draft contracts for counterparties.
* Negotiate authorizations for exclusions based on operational needs.
* Issue notices and declare options as per contractual obligations.
* Address compliance issues and generate reports for random audits.
* Conduct market analysis and research for stakeholders.
**OPERATIONS:**
* Approve Letters of Indemnity with insurance input.
* Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and external stakeholders.
* Manage relationships with partners and negotiate rates.
* Track and report on specific operational and compliance metrics.
* Follow up on necessary approvals for sensitive projects.
* Oversee coordination of various technical and logistical requirements.
**IT - PRODUCT OWNER ROLE:**
* Collaborate with IT for app improvements and system evolution.
* Build user procedures and guides.
* Digitize departmental processes.
**ACCOUNTING SUPPORT:**
* Update financial statements and issue invoices.
* Finalize and close accounts for completed projects.
* Oversee expenses, claims, and damages reporting.
* File documents and process reports in internal systems (e.g., SAP).
## The Successful Applicant ##
**QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:**
* High school diploma or higher.
**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:**
* 1-2 years of work experience preferred post graduate
* Fluency in French and English (Italian and/or German a plus).
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Patience, loyalty, and strong communication skills.
